Focus Driver Performance was formerly known as EurOz Driver Performance, which was established in 2016 by Oliver Myers. The mission has always been to provide a holistic approach to driver performance and preparation, which has led to the introduction of cognitive development, fitness testing/training, performance psychology and driver coaching.
Focus Driver Performance has been the only complete center for motorsport drivers to access all areas of elite human performance under one roof across the whole of Australia for close to 10 years. Success runs in our veins, having coached many Australian Racing drivers to victory around the world, we know what it takes to stand on the top step of the podium and win championships.
Director Oliver Myers knows just what it takes to perform on the world stage, utilising and teaching those skills is a passion of his whilst finding like minded successful coaches to employ the same approach when working with our drivers. Australian Professional racing drivers Josh Buchan & Jayden Ojeda bring their expertise and experience to Focus Driver Performance whilst also utilising our facilities for their own racing success. Championship winning Engineers, Dr. Dejan Ninic and John Paul Messenger head up our engineering team. Monique Le Mottee heads up the fitness coaching, Monique is a fully qualified physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach who has worked with many world class athlete's and teams within the NRL, AFL and rugby union teams. With our latest addition of performance psychologist Dr. Kotryna Fraser who has a wealth of experience in motorsport psychology. We can be confident that our drivers are in the best hands to help them move up the grid.
No stone has been left unturned in the process of putting together our facilities. With each facility consisting of three professional simulators, military grade neurotracking & cognitive development machines and elite athletic fitness testing and analysis equipment all based within the heart of Sydney Motorsport Park and Queensland Raceway.
